What Stealer needs, and how to install it.
Requirements
Stealer is a Windows app: it relies on the way Windows lets an app listen to the system audio, so that's where it lives. For the second output, anything Windows lists as a playback device will do: wired or Bluetooth headphones, a USB headset, a monitor or a TV over HDMI.

Install
The button below always gets you the latest version. Run the installer, choose where to put the app, and you're done. When a new version comes out, download it again and install it over the old one; every previous version stays in the releases, in case you need to go back.
One heads-up: the installer isn't code-signed, so the first time you run it Windows SmartScreen will warn you about it. Click More info, then Run anyway.
